As a Company Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents, information, letters and calls are processed through to the right people and areas

Your duties include

  • Answering the main company phone and directing calls as required
  • Receiving and distributing post and parcels as required
  • Answering the main company door to visitors
  • Ensuring the Company meeting rooms are in good order before scheduled visits
  • Ensuring the company Office spaces are generally kept tidy and in good order
  • Entering Invoices, payments and expenses into the companies Efacs Database
  • Ensuring refreshments are provided during meetings and in general throughout the day
  • Posting Business letters and organizing Parcel Shipment for the business as required
  • Ensure all timesheets and completed on a weekly basis and information collated.
  • Assisting with the operation of the day to day activities of the accounts function
  • Any other administrative functions as required

Hours and environment

38 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm (30 minute lunch) Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm

Your work will be mainly computer-based, working with a variety of Software Packages including EFACS and Microsoft Excel
