AIE showcase world-class engines at leading automotive show JSAE

The spring Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE) Annual Congress is an annual opportunity for Japanese and foreign researchers and engineers to present the results of their research and for automotive engineers to exhibit their latest products and developments.

As a leading designer and developer of automotive engines, AIE were one of several hundred exhibitors at the May 2015 JSAE event in Yokohama. Thousands of visitors attended the largest JSAE event where Lichfield based AIE had the opportunity to showcase their world-class rotary engines.

Nathan Bailey, Managing Director of AIE, said: “The JSAE Congress is a great place to showcase automotive technology and the perfect location for us to demonstrate the many benefits our world-class rotary engines bring to the automotive world, especially in the domain of hybrid-electric power”.

“Using patented SPARCS cooling technology we’ve created an efficient, powerful and reliable engine that has multiple automotive applications. It has been a great experience to be in Yokohama and to share our new products with the world.”

The JSAE is a ‘technology centres’ exhibition rather than a general motor show and is the only exhibition of its kind. Over 300 companies were in attendance demonstrating their latest technology and more than 70,000 people attended the event over three days.
